I have a feeling it won't take long for her to learn the Washington Sports Fan's annual saying, "There's always next year." While the early exit from the Playoff's definitely burned, it's especially painful when your 21-month-old yells "Ovi! Ovi! Caps! Caps! Caps!" anytime she sees a hockey game. We'll be tuning in to see if the Canucks beat the Bruins tomorrow night (the home team has won every game) and we're already counting down to October.
Blogger's Note: As I write this, she's in bed cheering "Caps! Caps! Caps!" while snuggling with Slapshot.
