I had no idea that turning 27 on the 27th actually meant something, but I've had a few people inform me that this birthday is in face "Golden!" I had a great day and got so many warm wishes online and in the mail... it's been a very nice week!
While I haven't taken photos of my fabulous gifts, I did take a photo of the popcorn machine's inaugural batch of popcorn that we made on Sunday night... a very cool gift from the Richardson's! Joe and I went out to the Melting Pot on Monday night to celebrate and we had a totally yummy meal together. He certainly knew what every geeky girl wanted, a Kindle, and totally scored one for me! I've been using it for over a week now and am totally addicted... it makes my commute so much nicer!
Anyway, just wanted to thank everyone for making my 27th a great birthday! I have a feeling it's going to be a good year! ;)
