Toothless at Eleven Months

Without going through every cliche that immediately comes to my mind ("How time flies!"), let us simply state that the Doodlebug is Eleven Months Old! What!? Seriously!? Yes. Not ten anymore... not yet twelve... exactly eleven!

She's doing what most kids her age are... climbing up on everything, cruising from place to place, diving into the dog's water bowl at every chance, tearing across the house with her walker, and eating everything in sight! It's her ability to do that last item that has me a bit impressed... eating everything! Oh, and I really mean everything... last week she had a hot wing, she eats pizza, meat, pretzels, cheese puffs, lint from the floor, Chik Fil A chicken nuggets, crab meat, french fries, guacamole, sticks from the ground if you let her, and anything else that can be simply washed down with a swig of water from her sippy cup! I'm just amazed that she gets all of this chewed because she has no teeth!
No teeth. Not one. Not any. Not even close to having one soon!

Over the last few days Joe and I have been calling her "Toothless." If you haven't seen "How To Train Your Dragon," please do yourself a favor and find a way to see it! Joe and I saw it in theaters and it was totally worth the ridiculous ticket prices!

Back to Dagny who is just as toothless as ever, but doing well and loving life! Well, I can't speak for her, but we're loving our lives with her in it!

Loving this entry - funny too because I was planning to post tomorrow about our toothless almost 13 month old!! Jeff jokes that she'll be "that girl" at school the toothless bald one...she also manages to chow down in this gumming state. I hope you're having fun with that bean of yours! Ellen
